The Three-Year Freshman Ready Program
We are proud to announce the installation of a new long-term development program. This is not just a one-season plan; it is a three-year roadmap designed to build a rock-solid foundation for the boys as they transition toward freshman high school football.
The Timeline: Our training begins with OTAs (Organized Team Activities) focused on foundational football movements, footwork, tackling and reading a playbook and continues with high-intensity training, development and instruction throughout the regular season.
The Goal: over the next three seasons, we will progressively increase complexity in schemes and physical intensity to ensure every player is “Freshman Ready” by the time they leave the Phoenix Storm program and move onto high school.
